Tonight

The Gong ShowBad Scene Productions brings you a 70s game show redux for the 2nd time to benefit outside in. Judged by The Mercury’s Wm. Steven Humphrey & Marjorie Skinner and William Batty & Sadie LaGuerre of Wanderlust Circus there’s bound to be nothing appropriate of the former Sissyboy members performing as KD Rang and Mami Tsunami hosted show.

But I’m especially excited to see openers Hammercise with members of the Sprockettes bringing you a whole new way to exercise for summer getting in shape.

Spring Fever begins at Thursday's 'Do the Dark'

Though we’ve actually gained an hour of light at the end of our sunny spring days, dusk is still the witching hour for frisky queer gatherings. Organizer and DJ Freddie Fagula is feeling the spring fever, categorizing the beginning as last week’s Bent. With a crowded, sweaty dance floor and hot homos sidling up to one another I can’t say I disagree.

He aims to keep that party vibe going with this Thursday’s Do the Dark Spring Break Edition at the Tonic (NE 31st and Sandy).

Do the DARK!!

Phew! Another dance night. My shoes barely get to cool down these days. But who is complaining when you get to DO THE DARK?

Indeed, after the demise of the fabu “FRUITCAKE”, do the dark is hitting inner NE this Thursday with DJs Count Fagula (FRUITCAKE) and Chelsea Starr (DOUBLE DOWN) . Cheap wells and $2 PBRs. No cover before 10pm, $3 after.
