Since the demise of the long running queer club night Booty, Portland hasn’t really had a reigning champ of the underground Q night. And that’s OK. We have a plethora of all kinds of parties that makes the nightlife diverse and egalitarian in a way that dirty queers so enjoy.
But we have another reason to puff out our chests this weekend. It’s time to blow out the candles to make way for Gaycation’s terrible twos. We may not be able to definitively crown this toddler King of the Scene but you gotta give it props for now occupying the spot that Booty left as the Q Town Elder.
