Penelope Cruz to get it on with Scarlett Johansson on screen?

Rumor has it that collegiate-style cutie Scarlett Johansson and caliente Penelope Cruz will be sharing a highly erotic Sapphic scene in Woody Allen’s upcoming film Vicky Cristina Barcelona. They are then joined by Cruz’s on screen husband and real life boyfriend in a threesome. I’m así así on that one.

And while I greatly anticipate seeing the two lovely actresses together it does gross me out to think about Woody Allen watching intently, swinging his little legs in his director’s chair.

I’m guessing it’ll be worth it anyway.

The scene is described as not just erotic but shocking and a moment that will “…leave the audience gasping.” I have faith that these talented actresses can pull it off. Not all actors can. But whether there’s any real chemistry or the ladies are just talented enough to make us believe there is, matters more than just how much skin we get to see (although it appears that’s also going to be considerable).

My absolute favorite lady love scene is the one between the blonde Nazi wife and the Jewish resistance fighter in Aimee and Jaguar. Whether or not these actresses felt anything for one another they played to scene to its emotional breaking point. Not all sex requires crying, of course, but in this case it was a perfect d’enouement.

Another endearing, if not altogether sexy, scene was that of the fumbling explorations of the girls from The Incredibly True Adventures of 2 Girls in Love. (Aw…)
