Ok, so newsflash, I like Sam Adams. I haven’t studied too hard yet but it’s certainly likely he’ll get my mayoral vote next fall. And yet, does anyone else find it disturbing that his largest donor is the smarmy Pat Lanagan of Fat Cobra Video and the (new, stolen, not original) EaglePDX?
Ok, so Lanagan may be skeevy but I guess he hasn’t done anything that would make a political candidate turn away his money. I was mad at Hilary for refunding a check just because it came from a Muslim organization. But still, I do find it odd that he managed to contribute twice, thereby skirting Adam’s $500 cap…
