Barring extreme weather conditions, which are looking increasingly likely as I watch the grey clouds race across the sky through my office window, there’s plenty of holiday fun to be had this weekend.
Saturday night sees the always raucous Blow Pony for the grownups (expect some well placed Santa hats) and a Queer Youth Coffeehouse open mic for the teens.
SMYRC often has open mics on the weekend, or at least a safe space to share music and poetry with other queer youth. But the change in venue is bound to add some dynamism and and new faces to the mix. And it’s free! 7:00-10:00pm at the Q Center (69 SE Taylor Ave at SE Water Ave)
On Sunday the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence take their monthly Bingo party and and infuse it with holiday cheer like only the nuns of fun can do.
Christmas where you see Daddy kissing Santa Clause, or Mommy doing some serious cooking with Mrs. Clause. Where your presents might include Leather and/or Lace, or even some Latex. These are just some of thing things we look forward to on a Twisted Christmas.
Like everything else, the Sisters do Christmas with a Twist. You’ll never know what types of treats you’ll find in our stockings! Come to Twisted Christmas Bingo and help make our Yule Tide GAY!
Twisted Christmas Bingo begins at 4 pm with the first ball being pulled at 4:30 (well…maybe earlier…) at the PPAA Hall (618 S.E. Alder St.) $15 for your first game pack and $5 for each additional pack.
