This Friday, everyone’s favorite family-friendly Queer Community Center rings in the winter holidays with Cabaret with a Q’s Holiday Spectacular.
What better way to truly revive the classic sing-along cabaret than a place where holidays and “family” collide. Hosted by the “delightful Bob Lambertson” and Glenn Goodfellow on the electronic ivories…
…Cabaret with a Q is a monthly evening of singing, meeting new and old friends and delicious conversation around Darcelle’s piano…you can either sing along with the group or grab the mic and rock a solo. With over a hundred songs, there’s always a tune in our songbook with your name on it!
Banish the thought that the Q Center would be essentially hosting a Christmas karaoke; when it’s this gay, it’s got to be a cabaret.
The fun starts at this Friday the 19th at 8 p.m. at the Q Center (69 SE Taylor Ave at SE Water Ave). Donations accepted at the door.
