Übergay Cabaret is back with new pop-drag opera “Jack’s Off the Beanstalk” this Saturday the 9th at Bossanova (722 E Burnside). They’ve been touring Europe, sweetie-dahling, with the act for awhile now but it’s been promised that Jack is reworked and remounted (oui!). And while I haven’t seen this particular production yet, this cabaret got me TKO-ed at thier “Drag up, Known down” last year. I mean who can argue with the sensuality that is buttered carbohydrates and raw naked steak to a struggling Atkins drag queen. I was on the floor laughing and lusting.
