So many birthdays this week! All this candle blowing has got me out of breath.
Ok, so 1981 brought you the birth of MTV, the Smurfs, Portland’s second oldest gay nightclub CC Slaughters, and of course, me. (So, what if Slaughters is a Taurus and I’m Cancer, we’re mere weeks apart and both cusps).
And what better way to celebrate a gay b-day than no cover on a Saturday night at a hoppin’ boy spot? So bust out the jellies and the Jordache that you have to lay on the bed to zip up, and head down to old town.
